Electrical Training Trust

141, 000 s.f. renovation and addition to an existing warehouse complex to provide a new training facility for an electrical trade school as well as offices for the electrical union and pension trust. The project inserted classrooms and a "high-bay" into the large warehouse space using a method of layering services and structure which produced angled walls cutting through a grid of classroom blocks. Space was added to the office area of the building, with a long channel-glass wall defining its presence along Garfield Ave.
Additional masterplanning work was completed in 2005 for an expansion of the school.
