Noho Office Condos

Renovation of an existing industrial complex into office condos. New identity was given to the complex through the use of laser-cut steel foliage on new signage marquees, and a series of geometric forms on the street elevation. The layers of texture and shadow serve to soften and add detail to this industrial block.
